3. The production process of towel products is as follows:
Cotton yarn- → bleaching, dyeing → scouring → washing → drying → winding and wefting → warping → sizing → weaving— → printing and finishing → inspection of blank towels → cutting and sewing → inspection packaging → warehousing. "weaving and dying" is the key process in the above process. The process parameters and process quality shall be monitored to prevent batch failure which may cause significant losses.
