3.How long is your delivery time？
Delivery time :

4.Can I have my logo on the towel?
Yes,sure.
We offer 4 different kinds of logos:
1. Embroidery: embroidery a logo on the towel is easy, and eco-friendly, the mock up cost is only 10 US dollars. It needs low MOQ.
2.Printing: printing logo is not very eco-friendly, we don't suggest a printed logo. There are 3 ways of printing: pigment printing and reactive printing and heat transfer printing. Pigment printing is hard, it makes the towel cheap, while reactive printing is good quality and expensive, but it requires a big MOQ. Heat transfer is more suitable for a small logo with low MOQ. 3. Yarn dyed logo: the logo is weaved with different color. Please check out our yarn dyed wash cloth for hilton here. http://www.pltowel.com/case/yarn-dyed-wash-cloth-for-hilton This will need a big MOQ. For samll wash cloth: 50,000pcs For bath towel: 3,000pcs

5.Do you help with designs?
Yes, we have our own designer. You can discuss your idea with our designer, he can help with the draft design for your to confirm.

6.How long it takes to receive the samples
2-7 days.
We use FedEx, TNT, UPS to send samples. It takes 2-7 days to arrive.

7.Why is it expensive for OEM samples?
Let's break down the costs below:
1. Raw material:
A. If we have stock yarn for the customized towel you need,we only need to use 30-50kg to weave samples. The cost is not much, around 10-20USD
B. If the quality you asked for is not our stock, the MOQ for a yarn supplier to sell is 100kg, that costs about 40-50USD
2. Preparation:
The most difficult process is the preparation for weaving, it takes at least 1-2 days for a worker to stop and clear the weaving machine and then re-connect a few thousand strings to the weaving machine correctly. The cost for a worker one days is 60USD. The profit for one machine working normally one day will be lost too, making a sample does not make any profit.
3. Weaving:
The machine starts to weave 30kg for about 2 more hours.
4. Dyeing:
OEM color needs to be dyed according to Panton, the printing jar capacity is at least 50kg for a small jar, however all the dyeing factoires lack of 50kg capacity samll dyeing jar for samples dyeding, either you can wait until it is available or you need to use 250kg for mass production jar, that costs 150USD to 700USD. Even for 50kg, it costs 50-100USD.
5. Sample sending:
For 1kg sample sending, it costs at least 20-60USD to different country
So as you can see the whole cost is at least 200USD to 600USD
