1. Guaranteed quality:

In addition to the inspections done by a third party named by the major customers, PL Towel will pay for the SGS to do QC in accordance with the AQL standard for 25% of the company's total orders every year. One of the purposes of this is to continuously deepen the quality control consciousness into the factory production managers’ mind.

We have a professionally trained QC team. Seven team members spend at least 20days a month in the four factories we cooperate with. They track at least 20 third-party inspections throughout the year. Very familiar with AQL testing standards for the towel products. With their supervision of each production process and daily report, the SGS AQL test pass rate of our company was as high as 97.5% in 2019

2. Guaranteed delivery time:

From the second half of 2015, the Chinese government has introduced a series of policies to protect the environment. One of which is: some towel manufacturers need to limit their 30% -50% of production capacity on heavy pollution weather conditions. This policy  leads to some uncertainty one the delivery time of international towel orders. PL Towel immediately took out some measurements to solve this problem.

We pay close attention to the weather changes in a month in advance, which can help us in advance whether our order arrangement will be affected in bad weather conditions, and if so, which process will be affected, it will be delayed a little more than the original opportunity. Today, we can arrange the production of orders in advance according to these. The economic volume reduces the impact of weather factors on the production of orders, and then makes up for the lost time of the affected links by improving the efficiency of other production links. After doing so, according to statistics, our on-time delivery times were as high as 90%, and only 10% of orders were delayed by 7-14days

Under the new environmental protection policy, the impact on weaving, sewing and packaging is very small, and the most affected are dyeing and printing. To this end, in addition to local printing and dyeing factories, we have also selected 2-3 dyeing and printing factories in southern and eastern China. In this way, in the case of extreme local production restrictions, when the dyeing factory orders are crowded, we can choose to process in the eastern or southern dyeing factories.

The salesman of PL towel will report the progress of the order production to the customer every Wednesday. There are videos, photos, and excel files for the completion of the orders.

3. Guaranteed reasonable and competitive price:

Let's take a look at the cost composition of towel products for large towel factories and small towel factories

• Raw material & shipping: Due to large volume purchase, large towel manufacturers will be lower 8%-10% for raw material & shipping cost:

• Management: Large towel manufacturers will be 10% higher than small size towel manufacturer in management.

• Labor cost: Almost the same for both small and big-sized towel manufacturers, small sized towel manufacturer may have 1-2% lower labor cost

• Profit: Generally speaking, large towel manufacturers have stable orders to almost 85%-90% of the full capacity, they set the gross profit to 20%-30% to keep the factory going well. While small sized towel manufacturers set their profit in a more flexible way, they usually set it to be 5-15% due to unstable orders.

Advice from PL Towel:

• Do not go to a small sized towel supplier unless you have your own QC on site. Due to lack of management, the owner of the small sized towel factory will spend most of his time working in the weaving machine, defect rate can be as high as 30%.

• Do not think a large towel factory can solve all problems unless you have huge orders which can account for 1/10 of their capacity, because they have at least 2-3 such customers who need their priority always.
