The production process for producing towel products is as follows:
1. Cotton yarn- → bleaching, dyeing → scouring → washing → drying → winding and wefting → warping → sizing → weaving— → printing and finishing → inspection of blank towels → punching and sewing → inspection packaging → warehousing.

Key processes to QC:

A. Weaving- If there is defect on the grey cloth during weaving, it may cost a batch waste for the next step- dyeing -.  That's why a Towel semi finished product inspection machine is a necessary for us to do the inspection. Please check out how it works in our youtube channel below

2. Towel products have multiple processes and continuous batch production. The quality of cotton yarns, dyeing materials, key processes (sizing, weaving), special processes (cooking, scouring, bleaching, dyeing, printing) and process quality should be monitored to prevent lot failed damage. The sizing process should control sizing viscosity, sizing rate, yarn strength, yarn feeding speed, drying temperature, etc.The weaving process should control the yarn feeding tension, grey fabric density and wool multiples. Use yarn length, yarn count, number, etc.
During the scouring process, the dosage of the additives, the scouring temperature, time, pressure, bathing, capillary effect, and yarn strength should be controlled.
The bleaching and dyeing process should control the amount of formula, temperature, concentration, time and process parameters should be continuously monitored, and the colorfastness should be tested by batch sampling to ensure process quality monitoring.

Printing is an important process for increasing the variety of colors, and it should deal with the key controls of pattern design, plate making, color matching, and pulp adjustment. Colorfastness is tested according to regulations.

Sewing is the processing of finished products, which mainly controls the factory inspection of finished products: including specifications, Sewing quality, appearance defects, packaging inspection.

3. About inspection equipment: yarn strength machine, reed machine, fabric tenacity machine, balance, drying box, colorfastness testing machine, etc. With these professional testing equipments, we can carry out batch sampling inspection of the produced bath sheets to ensure that each batch of personalised bath sheet can be delivered to customers in qualified status.
