1. Material: This Jacquard bath sheet is made of 100% cotton with a tested certificate. No polyester is mixed. If you want the bath sheet cheaper for a promotional case, we suggest mixing less than 15% polyester not to affect the Jacquard solid design.
2. About ring spun yarn: this 100% cotton Jacquard bath sheet is made fully by combed ring spun yarn. Compared with open end yarn, the bath sheet made of ring spun has better density and even terry.

100% Cotton Ring-spun Jacquard Bath Sheet:
The bath sheet is made of 100% cotton ring-spun yarn. The Jacquard style makes the bath sheet looks elegant. 650gsm weight makes the bath sheet looks luxury and fluffy. The size is OME, we suggest 90*160cm(35*63") or 100*150cm(40*60"), this size can warp well after a hot bathing. 100% Cotton Ring-spun Jacquard Bath Sheet with different styles:
1. Logo Jacquard. This kind of Jacquard bath sheet only has a logo embossed on the whole bath sheet. So it may be more suitable for a hotel or a brand promotional campaign. Please consults with our sales the maximum area for your logo can be Jacquarded on this bath sheet. We have produced custom towels with logo for Leem Kum Kee, Abbott, Mitsubushi, Avon ect
2. Full pattern Jacquard: This kind of Jacquard bath sheet is Jacquard with a fixed pattern/design all over the bath sheet. Please refer to the below picture. This will be more suitable for selling on the supermarket or your brand textiles. All of our cotton bath sheets are eco-friendly and the color fastness is 4-5 grade.
3. Jacquard on Band only. This Jacquard bath sheet only has a small area of Jacquard pattern on the band of the bath sheet. So the design of the pattern is quite important, as well as the color of this part, it should match the whole bath sheet color. And the color fastness of the Jacquard part is a key for this bath sheet to be washed safely. For example, if this bath sheet is white color, while the Jacquard part is black color, you should be worried that the white color may be polluted by the black color if the color fastness is bad. In order to make the best of these patterned bath sheets, please feel free to consult our professional staff if your color design is safe.
4. Yarn dyed Jacquard, also being called patterned bath sheets. This kind of cotton bath sheets is weaved with pre-dyed yarn. The color fastness is 4-5 grade, but since the defect rate is higher in pre-dyed yarn, so the price of the patterned bath sheets are relatively higher than normal 100 cotton bath sheets.
