How to make the most use of the width of the weaving machine?  It plays an important role in making the price competitive. Let's take 70*140cm cotton bath towels as an example. The width is 70cm, taking 4% shrinkage into consideration, if we weave 2 pieces on the machine, the width is 145.6cm, if we use 190cm wide machine, that will be 44.4cm wide room wasted. So we choose to weave 3 pieces of these 70cm wide cotton bath towels, it will be  218.4cm, perfectly suitable a 210cm wide machine. In this way, it has little waste to make the towel production more cost effective. So please consult with our professional sales staff with your requested sizes/weight, they will offer you the most cost effective choice and suggestion.

2. Due to different habits of different countries and regions,  and the height of the races varies greatly from country to country, you'll need custom towels with different sizes. For example, the height of residents in European and American countries is generally higher than that of Asians. Then if you are in the European and American markets, you need a larger size such as 90*180cm(35*70") or even 100*150cm(40*60") or 80*160cm(30*60"). We can customize the size according to your needs, you can communicate the size you need with our process consultants or sales staff to make sure that the size of the solid bath towel you want is suitable for our current production equipment, our professional sales consultant will also give you professional advice on your market needs so that you can be more competitive when selling the solid bath towels in your market.

3. Weight: 340g/pc 9.00LB/DOZEN. Weight can also be customized

If you are in the European and American markets, you need a thick bath towel, such as 600gsm/700gsm or even 800gsm. These quality bath towels need to be weaved by more expensive machines which are imported from Italy, United Kindom or Japan.

4. Color: Red/Purple/Cream/Blue/Grey/Black/Yellow etc. Color can be customized.

Colorfastness is over 4 grade. Each market has its standard of colorfastness, please make sure you tell us the standard in your country, or if you're not sure, please consult our sales staff to make sure these solid bath towels can be sold in your market smoothly. You can find the color fastness grade in our REACH certificate.

5. Packing: Belly band on bath towel( or 3 pcs set) and then individual opp bag. All the cartons will pass Drop Test to keep the plush bath towels safe for transporting.

6. After sales service.
