1. Zero twist towels: Untwisted yarn is a new type of yarn that transforms and twists into yarn. It is a new method of forming yarns that are different from traditional ring spinning and some new spinning.
2. There are currently two methods for producing zero-twist yarns. One is the bonding method, which uses a binder to bond the fibers together to obtain strength. The other is a flexible wrapping method that produces a twist-free yarn by wrapping the yarn.

100% cotton Zero twist bath towel Features：
(1) Since the yarn in the Zero twist bath towels is in the form of a belt or a flat shape, the covering factor of the fabric is increased,which makes the 100% cotton zero twist bath towel looks thick and fluffy and breathable.
(2) Since the zero-twist yarn is not collapsed, the fabric has a smaller shrinkage ratio than the conventional fabric, which makes the 100% Cotton Zero-twist Towel has much smaller shrinkage.
(3) The fibers in the untwisted yarn are exposed to the outside and can be in full contact with the dye, so the 100% Cotton Zero-twist Bath Towel can be dyed easily
(4) The fiber formed by the untwisted yarn has a high degree of parallelism, that makes the 100% Cotton Zero-twist Bath Towel has a much brighter color.
100% Cotton Zero-twist Bath Towel feature:
1. Material：100% cotton zero-twist. The cotton % has been tested by a 3rd party, it is 100% for sure. Be careful when some people say pure cotton towels, it is not a 100% cotton towel. Sometimes they mean ≥85% cotton, the balance is polyester. Once the polyester is added, the weight of the towel will be heavier but looks thinner. As we all know some countries, if the towel is not 100% cotton, it can not be sold at all. So please make sure you're buying the real 100% cotton bath towel to resell it smoothly in your market.
2. QC: There will be special yarn inspection before the purchased yarns are stocked into our warehouse. In the process of weaving, our QC staff will check the weaving situation on the loom every day, whether there is a jumper, whether there is any breakage, etc. Daily reports will be handed over. Before dying, to avoid unnecessary waste of dyeing, there will be QC inspection to remove the defected cloth. After dying, our QC staff will compare the color of the sample or compare the Pantone color according to customer requirements. Make sure the color is up to standard. The starts with the sewing process for the 100% cotton bath towel, the QC will check the stitches/cleanness/evenness for the sewing to make sure all is within the standard. Then packing. The QC staff checks again whether the package is clean, and whether it is loaded with correct product items. The carton drop test is a must as well. After 85% of the cotton bath towels are packed, the QC team leader will run random QC once again based on AQL standard and offers a QC report. Plain bath towels are realatively simple in style, however, most of our towels are personalized bath towels, so we should also pay attention to size/weight/color/shrikage/packing etc.
