1. Material and thickness：We always suggest 100% cotton material, even if you have a tight budget for the promotional projects. With the same gsm, 100% cotton beach towel will have tight density while the cheap beach towels made of cotton and polyester mixture looks loose and sloppy. Especially when you have to choose the lowest gsm such as 290gsm, 100% cotton 290gsm beach towel still looks like a normal towel, while 290gsm cotton and polyester of beach towel will look like a piece of used towel that has been washed tons of times. Besides, 100% cotton beach towel is with good and even color after dyeing, which cotton and polyester mixture beach towel will have light and dark color shade, and with lots of white spots because of the dyeing rate of cotton and polyester is different.
2. Capacity and QC: Orders less than 50000pcs can be ready within 55-65 days. Orders more than 50000pcs to 100,000pcs will take 75 days. Besides our QC in each production process, you can name the third part to do the QC for these personalized beach towels
