Heat transfer printing Microfiber towel with Nestle Logo

• Microfiber towel with a logo printed on is suitable for a marketing tool for promotions or campaigns in the follwoing ways:

  
  

1. It does not need very huge quantity of MOQ like cotton towel with reactive printing. Heat transfer printing includes two different kinds of methods. One is digital printing, which is suitable for small MOQ microfiber towel order. The other one is roller printing, which will  need to made the printing mold first based  the colors of your designs, it is suitable for big quantity order. It's faster and cheaper than digital printing when the order is more than 100,000pcs.

2. Microfiber towel needs much shorter delivery time than cotton towels， normally, we only need 3-7 days to finish the weaving microfiber cloth, and 5-10 days for printing the microfiber towel, and 5 more days to sewing and packing the microfiber towels. So normally we can handle a heat transfer printing microfiber towel order of 30,000 to 200,000pcs in about 20 days

   
   

3. Microfiber towel is much cheaper than cotton towel.

4. Microfiber towel is more fexible to the sizes, cotton towel machine needs standard size, if your size is not standard it will cost the factory a few days to adjust the machine, of course, you will have to pay for it, it is almost 500-1000USD. But for micorfiber towel, no need, you can do any size you like.

   
   

• When choose the heat transfer printing microfiber towels, please pay attention on the following items:

  
  

  1. Quality of the printing oil: we use imported printing oil, there is no odor on the towel. While some of customers complian their old supplier offering them towels with bad smell, that is because of this.

• Printing paper: we use good quality wood pulp paper, that will lead to the printing with full bright color

• Before printing, try to check if the backside of the towel is the same white, if the white is not the same, that will affect the color of the printing, you may find a slight color difference because of that.

  
  

• Packing: Although the color fastness is 4-5 grade, but when it comes to the material 80%polyester+20%polyamide, it is too good at absorbing water when in humid sea shipping environment, better to put a piece of white paper in the printing folding area to avoid color crossing.
