1. Size: Size of the washcloth for hotel is 12*12" 13*13" 30*30cm 35*35cm, we also have 20*20cm 25*25cm 28*28cm 32*32cm
2. Yarn: We suggest to use 16s siro spun which is the best yarn for luxury hotel washcloths. Hotel collection washcloths made of 32s/2 and 21s/2 are the most popular ones, accouting 85% of all the hotel towels.
3. Color fastness: 4 grade with reactive dyeing, AZO free certificate and REACH standard
4. Weight: 50-60g/pcs 400-500gsm, if you want 600gsm hotel face towel, we can do it too. Hilton use to use 55g 550gsm
5. Packing: Normally for cotton hotel wash cloth, the packing is bulking packing with 50pcs/opp bag 300/500pcs/carton(usually we keep the carton less than 20kg for gross weight)
6. QC: mainly check out the size/weight/yarn/cotton % and sewing and if there is any dirt on. We'll use our own QC and customer's third party QC with AQL checking.
7. Shipping policy:
Ship by sea with FOB/CIF/C&F ect term. Or Ship by air with small quantity or rush order.
