Economy Hotel Solid Bath Sheet with a size of 80*180cm, the gsm of the economy hotel solid bath sheet is usually less than 600gsm. 400gsm and 500gsm 100% cotton plain weave bath sheets are the most often used ones. 1. Material: we suggest 100% cotton. But if you need it cheaper, we suggest at least 85% cotton, and the rest of it can be polyester. We have below materials for you to choose from: 16s, 21s, 21s/2, 32s, 32s/2 and siro spun. From left to right, the yarn quality is getting better and better. An economy hotel solid bath sheet does not mean it can only be made of low-quality yarn, it can also be made by the best 16 siro spun yarn, as long as you keep it the lowest gsm possible. With the same size, the hotel bath sheets made of 100% cotton 16s siro spun is almost the same as that of 500gsm 85%cotton and 15% polyester.
2. GSM: The gsm should be decided by your budget. With a low budget, we can consider using middle or high end yarn with low gsm or we can use high gsm with low-end yarn to produce the economy hotel solid bath sheet to make it still looks very nice but with a much lower price.
