100% Cotton Velour Beach Towel：

a. Length ≤ 160cm 10 colors max for the printing 

   Length ≥ 160cm  8 colors max for the printing 

but don't worry, if your design is 10 or more colors, our designers will try to combine 1 or 2 similar colors with your agreemnt.

b. Fiber reactive printing: pigment printing is dead in China due to environment, the upgraded printing is fiber reactive printing, which has the best color fastness 4-5 grade and soft at the same time, and eco-friendly to our skin.

100% Cotton Velour Beach Towel:

1. Size of Tolerance of 100% Cotton Velour Beach Towel is ± 5%

Lint rate of velour beach towel is a little bit higher than cotton terry beach towel. It is less than 5%.

Velour is a process to cut off the terry to make the beach towel surface flat enough to do fiber reactive printing, however, this process can lead to tons of lint, making it lint free before printing, orelse, there will be white spot on the towels after printing when the lint is off. This is the key step to do fiber reactive printing professionaly.

2. Breaking strength of cotton velour beach towel ≥220

Colorfastness: 

A. Colorfastness to washing: 4-5

B. Colorfastness to light: 4-5

C. Colorfastness to perspiration: 4-5

D. Colorfastness to wet rubbing: 4-5

E. Colorfastness to dry rubbing: 4-5

F. Colorfastness is divided from 1 to 5 Grade, 5 is the highest standard.

3. Weight tolerance: ±2.5% 

    According to SGS AQL test standard, the weight tolerance of the cotton beach towel is ±2.5% 

4. The 100% cotton velour beach towel has bigger weight loss during the process of terry cutting, which means we need to use more raw material to achieved request gsm after cutting terry, this will make the unit price of velour beach towel higher than normal 100% cotton terry beach towel.

5. Grey color and green color are the two colors that are very vibrant and difficult to remian 100% same even for the same batch printing. Our purchasing department only buys the ink from the top manufacturers which we have coopertaed for more than 40 years, our engineer will test each batch even we know their quliaty is stable. To make the zero color tolerance, we have to control the heat and printing speed in a quite fixed data, the data comes from our best engineers who has more than 40 years experience and no other factory can compete.

Seeing from our factory, you can see the green color/green color has zero color tolerance from the same order, no matter the order is 1000 pieces or 1 million pieces

6. Shipping policy:

    Ship by sea with FOB/CIF/C&F ect term. Or Ship by air with small quantity or rush order.
