1. Velour technique: Velour means cutting the terry on the surface of the cotton terry towels. In this case, the surface of the velour printed beach towel will be soft and fluffy with better water absorbency. The velour beach towel has more lint than a normal terry towel. 0.5% lint rate. Will get back to normal after a few times of washing.
2. Reactive printing technique: The active gene of the dye is combined with the fiber molecules of the 100% cotton beach towel, so that the dye and the fiber blend together. The active printed beach towel has excellent dustproof performance, high cleanliness, and does not fade after long-time washing. The color of the 100% cotton reactive dyed beach towel is bright. The reactive dyes are not harmful, our custom printed beach towel is AZO free.
3. Shrinkage: the shrinkage of 100% Cotton screen printed beach towels is within international textile standard: ±4%. As a beach towel supplier, our passing rate of AQL standards is 99.7% in the past years.
