How the towel produced? This article explaines all the processes clearly.
First, let’ take a through look at the complete process for the towel production.
Secondly, let’s break all the processes and explain each process in details.
1．Warp sizing process
Yarn material→insert the yarn tube→warping→warp sizing→drying→beam
Please refer to below picture for insert the yarn tube by worker
The most time-consuming process is to insert a few hundreds of yarn tubes by hand, and pull each of the string to the warping machine by our worker. That happened before the weaving.
2.Weaving process
Beam to the machine→weaving grey cloth→grey cloth off machine→grey cloth QC

3．Dyeing process
Grey cloth desizing→bleaching→dyeing→drying
4. Finishing processing
Cutting→sewing→QC→packing→shipping
Cutting→printing→sewing→QC→packing→shipping
cutting→sewing→embroidery→QC→packing→shipping
Now you've learned the whole towel production process, it has 4 basic processes and more than 35 small processes, each one is important to the final quality of the towels.
