1. Normally the size of the wash cloth is 13*13” 12"*12" or 30*30cm 33*33cm or 35*35cm. The weight of the wash cloth varies from 300-650gsm. The yarn can be 10s/ 14s/ 16s/ 21s/ 32s, the No. of the yarn is bigger the thinner/ better and more expensive of the yarn. Colorfastness is 3-4 grade or 4-5 grade reactively dyeing.

1. Size: size can be OEM, we produce custom wash cloth,in order to make the price of the cotton wash cloth competitive, we will find the machine in our multiple suppliers with a similar width. In this way, we can save you at least two costs. First. Machine adjust cost if the current supplier you are asking for is weaving 30*30cm, while what you need is 35*35cm. It will take the workers 3 days to adjust the yarns on the machine. That is a cost for workers, and a cost for 3 days without producing anything. So if one of our current towel suppliers is weaving 35cm wide cotton wash cloth, that will save you such cost. The second cost is your time. It will save you at least 3days of machine adjustment and 1 day weaving of the sample.
