Totally 210g/pc makes the solid hand towel heavy-weight and plush. 100% cotton yarn give this hand towel a soft feeling and good water absorbency. Elegant colors can be dyed with color-fastness ≥ 4 Grade. We use combed cotton yarn to produce a hand towel, it will have some lint for first or second washing. The shrinkage rate is within the EU and American standards after washing and dry.

1. Size: size can be OEM, in order to make the price of the solid color hand towels competitive, we will find the machine in our multiple suppliers with similar width. In this way, we can save you at least two costs. First. Machine adjust cost if the current supplier you are asking for is weaving 60*120cm, while what you need is 50*70cm. It will take the works 3 days to adjust the yarns on the machine. That is a cost for workers and a cost for 3 days without producing anything. So if one of our current suppliers is weaving 50cm wide hand towels, that will save you this cost. The second cost is your time. It will save you at least 3days of machine adjustment and 1 day weaving of the sample. That is our advatange to supply custom towels.
2. Samples: There are two ways of getting a sample of colorful hand towel.
First. What you need is a ready stock or was produced before with some pieces left. We will give you the detailed information of the hand towel samples with clear pictures, once you agree, we will pack them and send two pieces for you. One piece for testing, one piece for sample keeping. Here in our company we will also keep one piece in the showroom. This kind of hand towel samples is totally free. But sample cost should be born on the buyer’s side, or half/half.
3. Second, OEM sample. The process of the OEM sample will take almost all the processes of mass production.Cotton yarn- → bleaching, dyeing → scouring → washing → drying → winding and wefting → warping → sizing → weaving— → dyeing → grey fabric inspection → punching and sewing. If it is a new type of veil, the craftsman has no confidence in the shrinkage rate. The entire process may need to be repeated twice. The entire process takes at least ten days. The manpower and material resources occupied by the ten days, as well as the loss caused by the machine's production stop for special proofing, cannot be calculated. Although we don't see it, these costs are huge. So when you get five pieces guest bathroom towel samples, please don’t question why it can cost 500$
