We purchased auto-cutting machine for the printed microfier towels
We have more and more orders for heat-transfer printing microfiber towels in the year 2022, we purchased this auto-cutting machine to improve our production rate. Turns out this machine can cut for example 30*70cm printed 60,000pcs per 24 hours.
Besides the production rate is tripled, the edge cut by the auto-cutting machines is 100% straight. Previously our workers held electric cutters for manual cutting, when the microfiber towel is 60*120cm or 70*140cm or bigger, the workers needs to cut and stop a bit because the edge is very long, in this case, the edge will appear a bit not straight, now we avoid the problem, all the edges of the microfiber printing towels no matter big or small size are 100% straight.
