Raw material of cotton towels and microfiber towels are increasing
Due to the Covid 19, many cotton towels orders are going back to the Chinese factories. The orders are increasing a lot recently. That makes most of the Chinese towel factories are busy in the 4th quater. And the raw material yarns are increasing almost every week, 90USD/Ton.
Due to the Chinese government environment protection measurements, in the winter (the 4th quater), all the dyeing factories can only have its one third production capacity, that makes the dyeing cost goes very high at Q4.
And becuase of the Covid 19, there are fewer shipments all around the worlds, that makes the shipping cost almost triple.
These are the main 3 factors that make the Chinese microfiber cloth and cotton towels very expensive at Q4.
We suggest customers can review their purchasement plan in advance and confirm all their towel orders before Novermber, if better, can confirm before October. Then you can save almost 10-15% of your total towel purchasing cost.
