The factory specialized in the production of Towels. Production processes included Bleaching and dyeing, Printing, Sewing, Cutting, Inspecting and Packing. The peak season was not obvious.
The factory occupied one 5-storey office building with 1st to 2nd floor served as office and 3rd to 5th floor served as living rooms, one 1-storey production building 1#, part production area of another 1-storey production building 2# and one 1-storey canteen building with total construction area of approximately 18000 square meters.
On the audit day, there were 95 employees in the factory. The youngest employee in the factory was 22 years old.
